Meribel is in the heart of the Three Valleys, the largest ski area in the world.  This area also includes Courchevel, Val Thorens, Les Menuires, Mottaret, St Martin de Belleville and La Tania.  It has more than 200 ski lifts and over 600 kms of well groomed pistes, suitable for all levels of skier and the off piste is great too.

Meribel boasts a wide range of activities other than skiing.  There is a sports centre built for the 1992 Olympics with an ice-skating rink, heated swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room and bowling alley.  A Cinema, numerous shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs combine to make up the superior facilities of Meribel.
