GOLF DE MÉRIBEL
Golf de Méribel blends beautifully into it's site, with forest right up to all the fairways.
With it's immaculately manicured greens, the course is a good test of technical skills - the first nine holes are ideal for powerful players while the back nine calls for tactical play and good iron shots. The Club House is in a mountain chalet.

GOLF CLUB D'AIX-LES-BAINS
Drivetime from Méribel: 1hr 15min
Aix-les-Bains is one of the oldest golf courses in France. The first course was created in 1895 on the Corsuet hillside, but quite far from the town centre. It was moved a few years later to its present location just south of the racecourse and only 2 minutes from the town centre.
The Aix-les-Bains club is situated in a area offering lots of hotel accommodation, with a 2-star hotel on the edge of the course and 3- and 4-star hotels close by.
The course is gently undulating and tests golfing skills. There are numerous water hazards and a small stream, the Tillet, meanders through the fairways. The course is also very wooded and is regularly watered and, because of the noted Aix-les-Bains microclimate, golf can be played all year round in excellent conditions on a course that enjoys a high reputation for its upkeep.
The Club House was built round the 19th century buildings forming the hamlet, "La Ferme Savoyarde", featuring an old mill with paddle wheel.
